Almond is a rich source of Vitamin E. Intake of three groups of the vitamin are essential for a healthy Immune system, which is Vitamin C, Vitamin B6, and Vitamin E. Vitamin E is a very powerful antioxidant and it helps to fight infections.
4. Lemon Water
Lemon is a rich source of vitamin C, which is a powerful booster for the Human immune system. Vitamin C increases white blood cell production in the human body. It is also important for skin problems.
It can not be produced or stored in the Human body, therefore it must be needed to include vitamin C foods in the diet.
Drinking warm water in the daily morning with an empty stomach can change your life literally. It is also included in Ayurveda for the improvement of the immune system. Warm lemon water can also help in weight loss.
5. Green Tea and Black Tea
Green and Black tea is a good antioxidant, but Green tea has one more element known as epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG). It is known as enhancing elements of the Human immune system.
During the fermentation process of Black tea, EGCG elements are destroyed. Green tea is a source of good amino acid which is known as L-theanine. L-theanine helps to fight with germs.
